3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty color and pattern, but too small
The color and pattern of the fabric is absolutely pretty and modern. I bought when my baby was 5 1/2 month old; now she is six month old, and it is already too small for her. (She is 75%-90% for her weight)

For the first couple of months, Thomas sat in the Bumbo on our dining room table. I knew this wasn't going to last forever, so I did my research on highchairs.

Not surprisingly, it was going to be ANOTHER $100+ for this next baby gadget. And I don't like to spend money on things I can't get excited about - and there are no pretty, functional high chairs. In my opinion. The pretty antique ones don't have dishwasher safe or removable trays... which is like dining on fine china that you have to handwash every night. Looks good in the dining/playroom, but not something I want to use everyday. Then you get to the functional high chairs - and some of them are OK, but none are what I'd put in the "good looking" category.

So I decided to get this one - the Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair. It was a lot cheaper than the other ones, and it sits on top of a chair so I can stash it away. It's really easy to use - and it has different reclining positions for different stages. Eventually, it will turn into a booster seat. Also, we could easily take it with us for a trip - either to a friend's house for dinner or on a road trip. I LOVE a practical purchase!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great chair but bad design of the cover, June 17, 2010
This review is from: Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair - Geo Circles (Baby Product)
We have had this chair for two years. We love how little space it uses and the multiple functions. It tilts back easily, the straps are nice and can be used differently at different ages. The back and bottom come off to make it a small booster which is nice when they are older.

The only problem I have with this chair is that the cover only goes right up to the side of the seat instead of over. This means that food gets under the cover and stains the back side of the cover. I have thrown the cover in the wash but it doesn't really come clean because the fabric is not the same on the back. The worst part is that you have to take the cover off to clean underneath it-this means you have to undo the straps which are kind of hard to get in and out. We solved this problem by just taking the cover off. I still really like this high chair because we can take it on trips to our cabin, etc.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Practical, November 9, 2010
This review is from: Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair - Geo Circles (Baby Product)
I got the Eddie Bauer high chair at my baby shower. It was cute--old fashion looking and would have looked great with my kitchen decor.

And then I also got the Fisher Price SpaceSaver.

Two highchairs. One baby. One had to go. I ended up deciding on the SpaceSaver for practical reasons. It goes on a regular chair, so it doesn't take up floor space. It has adjustable positions, making it perfect for young babies to older babies. It's easy to clean, which is very important. The tray comes off easily and is dishwasher safe. Finally, it comes in neutral colors, so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb in your house.

I'm very happy with it and would highly recommend it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for an infant, with some room to grow, July 26, 2011
This review is from: Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair - Geo Circles (Baby Product)
I wish they had cuter styles, particularly with some color (like red). But with this neutral selection, it blended away at least.

We used this seat to keep our infant at the dinner table with us. It was very adjustable, and great for including our baby in our dinner time before he could really eat. It had at least three tilt options to grow with him from unable to support his head very long to able to sit up on his own. We introduced solids to him in it at 6 months, but trying to introduce a cup proved difficult because he couldn't tilt his head back with the high seat back. Also, at the point we started giving him food, it wasn't practical to keep the cover on, and the bare seat was really unattractive. I realized when I was packing it away that the seat back could come off (I thought it just folded down for storage). So that would have solved the one problem, but the main problem (which was why we switched to the Healthy Care Fisher-Price Healthy Care Deluxe Booster Seat, Red/White seat) was that the adjustable arms would not come off. We wanted to, on occasion, scoot him all the way up to the table without the tray, but the arms were too high. This probably depends on your chair and your table. If it had not been for that, we probably would have continued using it.

I do not know if there is a better chair to grow with your baby from infant to toddler. This one would have worked if you could take off the arms. Since the Healthy Care would not have worked when he was an infant, we had the use of it which we needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great High Chair, April 9, 2011
This review is from: Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair - Geo Circles (Baby Product)
The Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair is one of the Best High Chairs on the market. My Favorite Features are *It tips back allowing you to place a young baby in it or a child that can hold their own bottle (most highchairs do not tip back this far) *You can place it on the floor or a chair. *The tray is removable with one and and is easily wiped down to clean. *5 Point harness to keep little ones from escaping before you are ready to clean them. *Compact out of the way *Not just a highchair but it is a booster seat at the table too. *The padding is easy to remove and wipe down not a messy fabric that you would have to wash. *This highchair is Durable we have had it in the infant center at my work for a good 3 years and it is still like new! *It comes a 5 or more different color patterns.

4.0 out of 5 stars very nice!, February 19, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair - Geo Circles (Baby Product)
i really really like this high chair because a baby doesnt have to be able to sit up on their own to use it! i love that it reclines so i can put my kid in it recline it and giver her her bottle and not worry about her sucking air because she cant hold it up any more. the only thing i dont like is the tray is hard to slide on from the front, you can never get the two sides even with eachother. i just started putting it where i wanted it over top and pushing it down and clicking it into place. the tray is also dishwasher safe which i like. you would proabably need an industrial sized dishwasher to fit the huge tray, it definatly does not fit in my dishwasher. over all i like this chair more so then any other high chair that i have seen.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome High Chair, March 10, 2010
This review is from: Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair - Geo Circles (Baby Product)
This is an awesome high chair. We purchased it for our 4 month old daughter and she loves sitting in it even if it's not meal time. Fits perfectly onto our kitchen chairs. Easy to assemble. It took me less than 5 minutes by myself. Reclines to help best position baby. Has a 5 point harness so your baby won't wiggle out. Very easy to clean. Neutral color is perfect for boy or girl. We plan on using and reusing this chair for a long time to come. Worth every penny!
