I got this doll for my 3 year old niece for Christmas. It is cute and you make her skirt magically "change" to a different skirt by rotating Dora's tiara, too funny. The only small problem is that Dora's hair starts getting messed up around the tiara, which you cannot fix due to the nature of the dolls construction. Overall, it's a cute toy.

This is an okay Doar doll. I really don't like how when you 'spin' the dress off it is actually just folded in the back. my daughter really didnt get it, she just wanted to take the skirt off (but she is only 2 1/2). All in all it is a convient sized Dora doll.

This was a cute idea for a doll, but very impractical in how it works. You need to rotate the crystal on Dora's head to "magically change" her dress. The crystal is hard to rotate for both my 4 year old and me. The corners of the crystal also get caught in her hair, pulling it out of the ponytail. The design of the head piece and hair make is impossible to fix. The way the dress "magically changes" is by spinning a plastic rod around the base of the skirt - which only works when her hands are raised (a concept my 4 year old doesn't really get). The skirt is not only a pain, but also seems like it is a bit to breakable.
Overall, the design of this doll is terrible and not worth the money. HOWEVER, my daughter does love it. The price was reasonable compared to other Dora products, and my little girl is happy, even if I am not.

Picked up during a lightening deal and although my daughter is a HUGE Dora fan she really hasn't had any interest in these dolls.
