Great start and confidence builder
Inbetween and scooter and a scateboard - this is a great item. My 6 year old is a bit of a clod. However, he wanted both a skateboard and a scooter. A neighbor had this and I thought I would give it a try. He actually caught on pretty quickly and it has been a good confidence builder. Handle can easily be put down by an adult - but it is sturdy when he rides it. He...

to bad you can't steer this scooter
Purchased for a 5 year old who was already riding a scooter but thought he might like a skateboard. I thought this would be perfect, but you can't make it turn at all. It only goes straight. I tried to lean on the edge to get it to turn to no avail. I wouldn't recommend this item for a child who already rides a scooter.

I bought one of these for my 6 year old and he loved it so much that I ran out and got one for his brother. The are easy to swich back and forth. My kids love them.

My son got this for his 5th birthday.he loves it.The only thing is switching it back and forth is not easy and he is not really old enought for the skate board yet and he wants to ride it that was not very safe for a 5 year old to ride it without the handle.

My child was very excited when he recieved his toy. It last about a month and now it's just a piece of furniture.
