It is perfect for 8 month olds!

Unfortunately, it's not engaging enough for older children (like her cousins), but was far too complicated for her (18mo).

I own just about every Topzy Tumbler toy there is and my daughter loves all of them.

My four year old wanted to get this for her little sister for her bday. I got it and brought it home and gave it to the one year old. She loved it. She just started crawling (preemie) and she loved chasing the wobbly people, it really motivated her to move. She did not understand the house all that well but she enjoyed watching the tumblers go through the passages. My four year old has played with it just as much as the one year old. It is something small, colorful and fun. I am thinking of buying this for my 3 month old niece for Christmas.

My 16 month old daughter loves carrying around her Topzy Tumblers, and we thought this would be a great accessory for them. She knows where to put them and I think she enjoys it, but it doesn't hold her attention for long. I have to set it up against something else, because it falls backwards when she drops the tumblers into the chute. Cute, but there's not a lot to it.

I thought my boys would love this since they love playing with the topzy tumblers at day care. However, my daycare has a different version of the ramps (including a wheel that the topzy tumblers ride in) that is much more fun for them...its motorized and the topzy tumblers don't get stuck like they sometimes do in this one. So overall, its okay...not great.

I bought it for my 11 month old granddaughter, but her 4 year old sister got a kick out of playing with it with her!

I bought this toy for my daughter when she was 6 months old...she of course couldn't figure it out but enjoyed watching me push the little tumblers through the hole. As she grew up, she'd return to the toy and play with it in various ways. Now as a 1 year old she loooooves this toy. She can spend several minutes pushing the beans through the hole and watch them tumble down the ramp. She likes using the switch to make the music play as well.

I wish Fisher-Price kepts making more Topzy Tumbler toys. I own just about every Topzy Tumbler toy there is and my daughter loves all of them. Its one of the few toys I've bought that keeps her engaged. The beans themselves are entertaining.

Received as a gift and has given him tons of play time. He started when he was around 7 months and just like knocking the ball on the house for the sound. Then he learned how to flip the switch to play the song on his own, developmentally perfect for his age!!! He'll be 9 months next week and just learned to actually get the ball in the chute. It is perfect for 8 month olds! I am buying 2 more, one for his 7 month old cousin and one for a 12 month old friend, hopefully by the mix of reviews the 12month old will still enjoy it.

Babies in our church nursery like it, but it falls over easily. Since little ones are not subtle in their movements, it is a hassle. And after a couple drops, their interest turns other places. It would be best against a wall.
