I find these glasses too narrow, and they're fragile. I'm not sure they are better than the ones you can get at the dollar store.

Great extra pair...my husband has been asking to borrow mine. He found a pair in his Christmas stocking last year. Ouch, getting there...

The readers are clear, well priced, and can be easily replaced. But are scratch resistant and tuff. I have 3 pair.

The reading glasses are wonderful. They are so inexpensive that I bought 5 and have one in most of the rooms of my house and a pair in my car. Because they don't curve around your ears (the bows are relatively straight) they ride easily on top of your head when you don't need to be wearing them. They're so lightweight you'll forget they're on you head!

I bought a pair. Liked them, bought another. Then, over time, my "real" glasses started to get off-kilter on the nose-piece so, rather than spending big bucks on another set of "real" glasses, I just purchased two more of these. Very hardy, clear and scratch resistant. A little tight but, generally, they are so light and easy to wear, they've become my favorite.

I guess I'm in the minority or maybe just harder on my glasses, but I was pretty disappointed. First the quality of the glasses was poor. They are very flimsy and I can't imagine them lasting very long. Second the case doesn't fit. It's not long enough to put the glasses all the way in leaving part of one lens exposed. I was pretty disappointed and for the price, very disappointed.

I keep these with me camping, hiking, skiing, and in my tackle box. Perfect if you're hard on glasses.
