These are real cough drops, not some flavored sugar thing marketed as a cough drop that does nothing to help a sore throat or cough.

These things are very strong menthol and work. They work. For some folks, they are too strong (sip water if they are). When you need the real thing, try these.

Over the years, I've tried other things and consistently come back to these. Always keep a stash of these around.

Fisherman's Friend Original Extra Strong Cough Suppressant Lozenges, 20-Count Bags (Pack of 24). I have been using this product for 20+ years and I think it is the best product of its kind anywhere. At over 70 I have tried nearly all of the like products and still stay with this one!!!

I grew up with a dad who swore by these through winter. He introduced it to my partner when they first met, who became totally hooked. I was so glad that it is now available on Amazon so that I don't need to ask for care packages to be sent to us.

Personally, I cannot stand the taste.

However, it is a great product and price if you happen to love it. I probably wouldn't get a bulk box if this is something you just want to try.

Being English I have used Fishermen's Friend for years. I swear by them when I have a cough or sore throat. Along with Beacham's Powders the cold goes away in a couple of days.

These really do work! As mentioned, may be too strong for some. They are cheaper at Walgreens locally.

This is the best product I have ever tried for a tough cough. It beats any of the OTC and most prescription products.

First of all, I would like to say that I don't intend to buy this for cough like others do. I have been using this product since I was 14 to suppress my asthma condition(THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CURE ASTHMA). I have been purchasing mint product to suppress my asthma since I was 8 or 9 as I found out it does work for me. Then one day, at 7-eleven kiosk, I noticed this product, which is the most expensive cough drop that is available, without hesitation, i tried them and found out they are even better than Halls Menthol Extra Strong (haven't seen it in US, it is available in Malaysia though) which I have been using all along. Even Clorets Optimints and Halls Cool Minis can't even compare with this cough drops (almost the same price with smaller lozenge size).
Although I have never really use it for suppressing cough, I would highly recommend it to others who are hesitating whether they should get this or not, simply because I had given this to a lot of friend that suffer from cough and found out that this product really do works for them.

These are MAGICAL in how quickly they stop the coughing. I buy a DOZEN packets at a time -- as most people like it soo much, that I end up giving them the packet in my handbag

If you're like me, you've probably got an extremely sensitive nose that's prone to allergies (especially to pollen). I know this stuff isn't technically for allergies, but it works a LOT better than any of the medicines. Because of the ingredients in these, I can just take this and once my nose starts to clear up (from it being all runny), I take my allergy medicine and I feel like I can run around in the spring time!! I sometimes don't even bother with the medicine. This stuff keeps my nose clear enough to where I don't sneeze so much and go through so many tissues! I haven't tried this with a soar throat, but I can imagine that it works just as well!! This stuff got me through work when I was really feeling the allergy attacks!!

This stuff's the real deal and I highly recommend giving this a try!!
