A new chapter in the annuls of Atlantic salmon fishing is being written in Russia.

Ponoi River... A spectacularly beautiful river over 200 miles in length, has some of the most prolific runs of large Atlantic salmon in the world, with fresh fish from May through October!

This video along with most others I have viewed in the Fly Fishing Video Magazine series impress me with the information and quality contained in the shows.
First the Watt's, who host the show and probably produce it as well, are happy, not too serieous fly anglers that bring fly fishing to a level of humanity rarely achieved by others.
Not only do they make it fun, they tell me what flies they're using and how they're fished. I rather doubt I'll ever have a chance to go to Russia, or for that matter any of the other great locations they feature, but I sure do get a thrill from watching their shows.
I've also found I learn a lot from observing techniques used in other places than where I fish.
Great video, & if Jim & Kelly ever read this...THANKS for a great series of programs!
