About the Author
Gene Bourque, editor of On The Water Magazine, grew up in Mystic, Connecticut and along the South County beaches of Rhode Island. After moving to Cpae Cod in 1973, he worked in local tackle shops and began fishing the Cape from the Canal to Provincetown. He has been a shore guide, teaches fly-fishing and fly-tying and gives seminars for fishing clubs and at sporting shows throughout the Northeast.

This book is basically an annotated list of places to wet a line in the ocean state. It includes some useful info about each location and maps. Recommended for people who (like me) are new to RI.
