This review is from: Fishing Washington's Endless Season: A Guide to Year 'Round Fishing (Paperback)
I got this book in anticipation of a trip to Seattle and wow was I happy I did! Steve Probasco is a great writer and it was his article in a 1988 issue of FlyFisherman magaizne that got me interested in trying chironomids for the first time. This book summarizes and describes the best places to go at the best times of the year all across washington. Each section includes photos, descriptions of the waters, the fish, and the techniques most likely to catch them. He highlights trips that he's taken and describes his results (not always spectacular). All in all, it's a great read, and I'll be referring back to it again and again. Thanks for a great book Steve!
