Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fishman Aura Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Imaging Pedal (Electronics)
I have a fishman stereo-blend mic in my Taylor guitar but on certain PA's we get a hum when I'm using the mic portion of the unit. We've tried all of the normal tricks to get rid of the hum, but just couldn't shake it.

I found out about this pedal in searching for solutions and was very skeptical that it could sound good and natural, but I decided to try it and just re-sell it if I didn't want it. I still don't understand how this thing does what it does, but it's really incredible how well it works. I set my Taylor fully to the bridge pickup (which is what most acoustic electrics use) and then blend in the sound the Fishman Aura adds, it really does sound like there is a condendor microphone on it instead of that completely un-natural bridge pickup sound. I was absolutely impressed.

If you have a cheap acoustic electric, or a great guitar with a poor pickup, this thing would be an awesome investment...I'm excited to try it in my project studio as wel.

This is a really cool unit and the purchase off Amazon was smooth and fast.
