you don't squeeze this one, all you do is to hold it like holding a fist everytime you cut, so it works pretty good for anything below your shoulder height, and not so good over your head, most people tends to lose their grip over shoulder height, so it's not safe that way, also, since you are holding a fist, it's your forearm that's being stressed, also knockles along side your fingers, which is a nice alternative if you squeeze other knids of instruments all day and needed to use different sets of muscle group to get things done. Did I mention Anvil are for dead branchs?
