I had one of these, and I really liked it, since it fit into a three-ring binder for travel purposes (I'm on the road a lot). Then I gave it away to a friend who was admiring it, figuring I'd just pick up another one. I had a hard time finding the exact same one, so I purchased first another Fiskars personal paper trimmer, then another Fiskars brand trimmer. Both had holes to fit into a standard 3-ring binder, but both were also inferior in that the rail in which the cutting blade fit was made of plastic that was so flexible that it was difficult to get a straight edge cut. I finally found the product from an amazon.com third-party seller, and immediately purchased it. I very much recommend this model over the other Fiskars personal paper trimmers (by which I mean the smaller ones that fit into a binder), since the whole purpose is to reliably get a straight edge cut. Otherwise, I might as well freehand a pair of scissors.

I have the regular sized Fiskars paper cutter but it was too big to put in my small carry all to go stampin and scrapin with friends and this little guy fits in just PERFECTLY!!!! And they both use the same cutting blades so I only have to buy 1 set of blades for both my paper cutters. I just love it!

This is extremely well made, no cheap feel to this cutter. True it is plastic, but substantial not flimsy plastic. It comes with an extra cutter blade which is nice. It has reinforced holes to put in a loose leaf binder or rubber feet to put on your desk. I leave it on my desk " takes up very little space " The rubber feet amazingly really does keep it from sliding. The blue ruler and cutter are hinged to the base and swivels up for easy paper insertion.


I finally got tired of trying to trim Photos, coupons and paper products in a straight line. Trying to do this after the first snip with a pair of scissors is like mission impossable. When I make a cut with this its amazing, it's straight and true. I have to look to make sure I even made a cut, it's like slicing through soft butter.

This is one of the best functional gizmos that I have. It even has an attractive blue, silver and black finish on it. I would highly recommend this Paper Trimmer, particularly if you are tired of your friends and associates snickering at you when you present them with unevenly trimmed photos or documents. Even your local grocery store clerks will look at you in a different light, when you present them with a perfectly trimmed Coupon as apposed to the raggedy edged torn out coupon you normally bring in.

This thing is great. It's compact. Looks great. Works great. Useful. Inexpensive. What more could one ask. Faster than a scissor; more convenient than a paper cutter; and able to leap tall buildings! Been using it to cutout mechanical drawings as mock-ups before production but has a million other uses no doubt. I keep it on my desk - not in a notebook.

This trimmer is great - small enough to clip in a notebook and large enough for an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper. Item arrived in the expected time and in perfect conditon.

Because I recently became addicted to origami as a hobby, I needed something that could help me cut paper fast and was easy to use, which this definitely fits the description of. The product is small enough to fit into my purse (a fairly medium size), and I can be assured that the blade won't somehow come loose unless I intend to take it out. Although it isn't as long as I hoped it would be, it still works like a charm and can handle up to four sheets of regular paper at once, which is more than the description describes. I would recommend this for any hobbyist or coupon-clippers!

The product works fine but is too small. I should have purchased one that would cut a 11" sheet of paper. With this one you can't cut the long edge of an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper. My fault for buying the wrong size.

I recently started couponing on a large scale and needed something to help me cut out my coupons so I didn't kill my hands with the scissors. I decieded to get this little paper trimmer, and what a good idea it was. I've now been using it over a month and it's been perfect every slice I do. The Trimmer comes with a replacement head so when my first blade goes dull I'll already have on on hand. The only thing is my first blade hasn't gone dull yet(hundreds of slices already).

The slicer is a little dificult to line-up exactly straight but once you get he hand of it you won't have a problem. Takes a couple slices to find exactly where the middle of the cut line is but from there on your straight as an arrow every time the first time. The other thing I love about this Trimmer is that it has holes in it for 3-Ring binders so when I'm not using it I just keep it in my Coupon Binder and dont' have to worry about anythign with it.

Perfect for a small home office. Also, must more reasonably priced than the larger size that holds an entire 8.5x11 sheet of paper.

I choosed this product and then I changed my mind to return it. I wrote email to their customer service and got quick reply. I got fully refund and the shipment fee was totally waved. I like their way of doing customer service.
