I bought this for my wife for her birthday and she loves it - so it would seem it works as described by the manufacturer.

I had been noticing in scrapbooking magazines how beautiful layouts had been enhanced with the use of this punch. Local craft stores did not sell it a reasonable price, I knew I could get for less at Amazon. I am well pleased with the results of my layouts when I use the border punch. I am looking to purchase more in the near future!

I agree with the reviewer that said this punch is not easy to line up and has a narrow punch area. Though it is a bit tricky, it does create a cute scalloped edge that I haven't found in any other paper punch. Worth the price and effort.

I love this punch! Works great. Cute scallop design. And I'm glad I bought it on Amazon, because it's practically impossible to find this in stores right now. It is a HOT item in papercrafting...

I absolutely love this punch and find it easy to line up. All you do after you've punched your first set is move your paper up and line the holes you've just punched with the holes on the guide. I've used it on numerous scrapbooking layouts - one of my favorites, along with Leave it to Weaver.

I thought the punching area would be wider across... it is cute but not very easy to line up.
