Book Description

September 28, 2007

Changes in lifestyle, improved nutrition, and complementary therapies compose the innovative infertility treatment proposed in this revolutionary guide. While in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is often presented as the only possible solution, expert Michael Dooley shows that combining complementary and conventional methods is a cheaper, less worrisome, and equally effective approach to treating infertility. Steps that allow women to self-diagnose and tailor the program to their needs are provided, as are case studies relating successful utilization of this groundbreaking integrated approach.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous Book, March 28, 2010
This review is from: Fit for Fertility: Overcoming Infertility and Preparing for Pregnancy (Paperback)
Unlike the other reviewer I am not worried about converting measurements as my fertility is more a priority to me than worrying about having a calculator in hand. It is well written, easy to read and is so refreshing to read about things that I can do and changes I can make to try to increase my chances of have a child. When fertility is such a huge money making business for some in the medical field who see it as a way to make a quick buck out of those suffering pain and having fertility treatment, at last someone who will consider a more holistic approach then recommending to go straight to expensive and invasive IVF without trying this first.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the money, July 15, 2008

This review is from: Fit for Fertility: Overcoming Infertility and Preparing for Pregnancy (Paperback)
While this book has some good information, I did not feel that it suited my needs. I also didn't like the fact that it used the metric system for its calculations. While I can do the conversions, I did not want to have to sit there and convert things while trying to read.

You'd be better to invest money in another book.
