A must for anyne who works with children
This is a must for anyone who is in contact with a child!!!! FIT-KIDS shows children that fitness is fun and not a chore My daughter and I had great fun making fitness equipment out of everyday household products!!!! there are so many activity sheets in the book to photocopy to teach children what foods are healthy and which ones are not all trough fun activity sheets...

Better books available
Being a physical education teacher, I was looking forward to getting some new ideas. I was disappointed in this book, and the children who looked at the book agreed it should be called Fit Girls. Nothing really new or original. There are much better books available.

after reading FIT-KIDS I thought it would be a great gift to give my grandaughter shes 7 the chapter on fit-kid chef really got my grandchild hooked on cooking (healthy) not to menton the qualitytime we spend together cooking and eating healthy I LOVED THE BOOK!
