I enjoyed leafing through this book but I was disappointed to find less exercies for post-partum moms than was indicated when I purchased the book. I have seen more in-depth exercise regiments laid out in books, but few have a small, easy to carry book size and explicit photos. Along with the humor, these factors make the book a keeper- but I would think twice about recommending it to a new mom, especially if she had weight that was a problem to come off and not just the need or desire to stretch and firm her muscles.
