I first starting using this product in the spring through my chiropractor. I am still using the same 2 - 8 oz. bottles!! I don't have to use very much, a few quick sprays and it doesn't stain clothing. Don't have to rub it in. Not too bad of a smell, but it is very cold. This gets rid of headaches caused from tense neck muscles also!! It has been so wonderful that I decided to buy another bottle, one for home and one to take with me. I use it on other people to help them and they have become believers as well.
