I'd highly recommend this and all fitdeck products! We generally work out for an hour at a time - start with a 1-2 mile run, then do a handful of fitdeck cards, then about 10 minutes of stretching. The hour goes by really fast. By shuffling the cards and drawing them in random order, you get something different for each workout...which keeps it from getting boring. For me, since I have to look at a card every minute or so, it also keeps me mentally engaged, so I don't zone out. We usually didn't work out when we traveled, but now we take the bodyweight fitdeck with us so we make it a point to at least squeeze in a light workout. We love it!

Great for use at the gym or at home. I also teach jr high and high school girl's strength training. These cards have specific instructions on form, and reps for each exercise.

Great product very esy to use. I use it with the Bodyfit deck for extra routines, easy to use with the worry of finding a parking spot, waiting to machine at the gym or just getting there with everyday busy schedule. i find it works great with my schedule and goes anyway at any time..
