Good but not great,

This is a good little reference for a few basic exercises. Each card tells you how long the strap should be and some other useful info. But 6 of the cards are informational without specific exercises. Two are just a star with skip or double next card. One is on a couple of stretching moves. 18 are out and out TRX exercises. In light of that I rate it as average and for the money...a tad overpriced.

You get what you pay for with this deck, which is essentially a small travel workout you can easily take with you if you go out to use the TRX. You can of course shuffle the cards up and get a new workout every time out, which is cool, but once you learn the movements you can basically do that without the deck. I guess I would recommend this for folks that need a little help creating variety in their workouts, or just need to be able to quickly reference the exercises available to them. If you are using the TRX in one place all of the time (ie. you don't take it to the park or something) and tend to follow a standard routine for your workouts, this will not add much value.

Overpriced For What You Get,

I have had the standard (body weight) Fit Deck for a long time and was looking forward to adding in TRX. I like the fact that no two workouts are the same since you can shuffle the cards. The problem is that there just isn't very many cards in this deck. The original Fit Deck has over 50 exercise cards. In this case there are about 20 exercise cards. The price is the same as for a full set of cards rather than for the smaller "booster" sets like dumbbells and exercise ball. If the price was $9.95 instead of $14.95 I would give it a better rating.
