Excellent total body workout, February 8, 2003

This is an all-around top-notch workout and in my opinion the best of Anna Benson's new FitPrime videos. Tracie Long is an excellent teacher and exercise partner--calm, controlled, knowledgeable and encouraging. The routine flows smoothly, incorporating yoga-inspired stretches throughout but concentrated particularly at the beginning and the end. The floorwork is tough yet inspired, and includes unique core movements that will truly strengthen your abs, back and entire midsection. The inner and outer thigh work is tough and thorough; I've noticed quite a difference in my lower body in just a few weeks of doing it. Everything is tighter! The routine also incorporates ``reverse'' breathwork and use of slow controlled negative movements for strengthening the upper and lower body and improved body awareness and focus. And the upper body weight work while standing alternately on one leg at a time truly will encourage better balance. Best of all, this workout is fun! In the few weeks I've had it, it's the one I reach for again and again. I always feel truly worked out (but not worn out!) when I finish, and yet exhilarated at the same time. I give it my top recommendation.

Another amazing FitPrime!, February 25, 2003

Anna Benson has done it again! This workout is amazing, and really does work your whole body, esp. your legs. New moves that are fun, and actually make you smile while doing them! Tracie Long is a personal favorite, and her cuing is probably the best yet! The background is better than ever, not as cluttered as in the past. No ball, which some will love, and Tracie tells you exactly which poundage she is using. I highly recommend this to anyone with a FIRM/FitPrime background. Newbies will need to lower poundage, it is tough!

Better than The Firm!, May 29, 2003

I love all of the Firm videos, but the new FitPrime videos are fast becoming my favorites--especially Strong Bear. The moves are refreshingly different, easy to learn but challenging and fun. The inner thigh and hip work is intense (in a good way!). My non-dominant muscles love having a workout all their own! :)
