The disc-o-sit is a great item for kids who tend to fidgit in their seats in the classroom or anywhere. It allows for body movement while remaining seated, while improving balance and trunk strength. It can also be used to stand on for balance activities, or under feet for fidgety feet!

This really helps my son sit still at his desk at school. And it pumps up with a regular ball pump which means there are no extra parts to lose.

This smaller size disc is great for a kindergartner's chair in school. My son's OT recommended using one to help with sensory processing and fidgeting issues. The teacher has said the disc works great.

As an Occupational Therapist, the move 'n sits are awesome for low tone kids, ADD and ADHD children and kids that just need to get their engines running just right. It's much cheaper than on the therapy sites. Good buy. (Works really well with teens that are having difficulties too.)

Great product. The discosit can be used like a wobble board to rehab sprained ankles and can be used as a cushion for long car rides.
