This is a great product! I'm so glad I invested in it! I'm a large guy and I been looking for something that will help work my gut. I went on to Consumer Reports to compare some of those Ab machines from this fitness person or that sports guy and they said don't waste your time or money. They did, however, rate exercise balls very highly.

It's great for people of every size and age group. I even use it as a substitute for a bulky weight bench for doing flys.

I have been using these excersise balls as a desk chair for about 5 years. Before that, my back ached all the time from sitting at the computer. Now it never does. You would think that since you can't lean back, your back would get tired, but it just gets stronger. I always get this brand, because the colors are subtle, unlike the screaming greens, yellows and purples of the other balls. Ok for a workout, but when the ball sits in your living space all day, it is nicer to have something softer. I find the balls last a little over a year, since they sit on hard surfaces, and eventually get cut up with every day use. I can attest to the "burst resistance", because it has happened to me a few times, once with a fairly large tear. No problem at all, you just start to slowly sink.

I have been using this ball as a desk chair for three or four years now, never had to pump it up again. It is marked 65-26" It is a nice pearl color and does help the back.

This is a great product! The ball is made of really thick plastic and is perfect for everday use as a desk chair. I'm 5'8 and a 65cm ball was a little too short for me, and this 75cm ball was perfect when not fully inflated. The pearl color is pretty too!
