I like this DVD- it's fun to do with my 7 month old and I definitely sweat. It is a whole lot of squats and lunges, but also some abs and arms and a little stretching. I wish it had a little bit of cardio- but the description may have told me that it didn't (I don't remember)

Great results, quick, rewarding!,

I started this video with my 4 month old and it was great. In the 4 months after my son's birth, I hadn't done much exercise at all- regardless, I could complete the workout on the first try. The workout might be "nothing exciting" for people who regularly take aerobics classes, but for me it's exciting enough and I learned some things. It involves the baby the entire video and my son loves it.

A few weeks following the birth of my 2nd child, I was aching to get back into exercise. Since my 2 year-old never really let me have any time for myself, I was able to finish Andrea's workout with time to spare while she napped. I love being able to exercise with my newborn. No other DVDs have offered me a complete workout like Fitmom's! Excellent!!!
