Great video for seniors or younger. One can increase weights to make the workout more intense. The atmosphere is non-competitive unlike many other exercise videos -work at your own pace, and listen to your body. It also features "normal-looking" seniors and not "super-model" types. This video is HIGHLY recommended, and I've spent a small fortune trying them ALL!!! This is the BEST video for seniors I've found.

This is a tape that every senior should own! I bought it for my dad after his heart bypasss surgery, and even his doctors were amazed at how quickly he recovered his strength and fitness! It's simple, easy to follow, and can be done in a easy chair, so anyone can do this program. The program was designed under a physician's guidance, so it is safe and effective. Well worth the extra cost of purchase!
