5.0 out of 5 stars I confess... I LOVE IT!!, February 29, 2008
This review is from: Fitness Attack (Paperback)
I LOVE this book. I listen to Amy Mac's Podcast fitness podcast all the time. After she mentioned on her show that she wrote this book I had to have it.
It's not a workout book, but a book to make your life better daily. I put it on my nightstand and when I wake up in the morning I just flip open a page and read one short page to help me get through the day. I recommend this book to ANYONE trying to make themselves better on a daily basis.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Tips and Easy to Read!, February 29, 2008
This review is from: Fitness Attack (Paperback)
I have listened and watched all of Amy Mac's shows in the past couple of years - sometimes, more than once! Her tips and tricks are almost always something that I can add to my daily life or just some great information to know. It is great that my friends that don't listen to her show can now have the information anyway! You need this book!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fitness Attack keeps me on track, April 8, 2008
This review is from: Fitness Attack (Paperback)
I love Amy's podcast & adore this book.

Some of it may be knowledge you have heard before, but it always is wonderful to have the reminder. The new information is helpful in learning to become the best you possible. I love being able to read a topic a day (or more most days). The quick to the point style enables it to be an easy read on the treadmill, on the go, the toilet, where ever you want a quick fix of motivation in your quest for health.

Amy's positivity keep me going in times when I just want to quit. I stay motivated by focusing on at least one healthy thing per day & this book helps me to do that.

Highly recommend for all of us who have a body & want to keep it as healthy as we are able for as long as we are able. :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Amy Mac is Clear, Helpful and Resourceful!, February 29, 2008

You can tell Amy has years of experience in personal training and in motivating people by listening to her Audio Podcasts at www.withamymac.com but this new book just kicks it up to the next level! It has been a long time since I have read a self-help type book that provides resources right along side the tips (instead of at the back of the book or not at all!). Amy, you have provided a great resource to the world... Thanks!

Pros:
- Clear and concise tips that are easy to implement
- Resources listed with all 101 tips to get detailed information
- Great writing style making technical topics easy to understand
- A great companion to the Fitness Attack Podcast

5.0 out of 5 stars Her podcast is great, but check out THIS BOOK!, February 29, 2008
This review is from: Fitness Attack (Paperback)
Who knew that this book would be the one that our family would fight over. For some odd reason whenever I put it down for a moment, I find someone else in the house has picked it up and moved it in to their reading area. The book is full of interesting little facts. Before reading it I never would have thought that a simple little fact about breakfast could not only spark a conversation amongst the whole family, but actually have it easily change what we eat in the morning. What an easy read. I'm so glad I bought this book.
