For beginners only!,

Very short on the fundamentals of stance, movement and punches. Really limited on information for the reader, but a starting point before other books. My overall option is not to bother and go with Boxer's Start-Up : A Beginner's Guide to Boxing (Start-Up Sports, No 9).

My overall option is not to bother and go with Boxer's Start-Up : A Beginner's Guide to Boxing (Start-Up Sports, No 9).The other thing I didn't like was that all the example pictures were of these two smiling idiots. Really took the meanness out of boxing.

Boxing at its best,

The book was pretty decent, it was able to discuss some of the key points of upper jabs. What I liked most about the book was that it gave good analogies. Over all I would say it is worth your buy.
