Nice set of ankle weights,

I have trouble with most 10 lb pairs being too large, but this set fits nicely. I use them for all types of leg exercises and they don't slide all over. They seem fairly sturdy, but not quite as sturdy as the pairs geared for men, so time will tell how they hold up long term. Overall, very happy with them.
