My kids are exercising!,

Our whole family is a little out of shape, and we all need to exercise. It gets very hot here, so we don't do a lot of strenuous outdoor activities. I workout with videos, but the ones I use are frequently too complicated for my kids. I have tried several of the workout videos designed for children and this is by far the best. It is entertaining enough to keep their focus, while encouraging them to get up and move. The exercises are demonstrated by the actors in the stories, so that there is only one or two people whose whole bodies are clearly visible, instead of various closeups of groups of kids seen in most other children's fitness videos. It is the first one my kids have actually wanted to get up and follow, and they actually ask to play it without any outside encouragement!
