This is a very good book on sensible weight training ,that has been overlooked,by those seeking honest instruction on how to effectively use weights. The author, a scientist,uses his backround in research to support his training methods with scientific research to back up his claims.Well written,and a result producing routine make this book worth getting to those who want to learn the real way to use weights!
