Book Description

Could you be sabotaging all of your weight loss efforts by making one of these common mistakes without even knowing it?

It's been estimated that over 90% of people who lose weight through dieting and exercise gain it all back again. This is a highly frustrating and demeaning process that no one should have to go through. The very reason this book was written is to help you avoid this frustration.

Inside 25 Fitness Failures That Keep You Fat, you'll discover what these hidden "X-Factors" are that keep you from losing weight. The book provides you with weight loss, fitness and healthy living tips and insights that will radically increase your chances for success.

You'll learn...

  • How to lose weight without dieting another day of your life.

  • A proven 6-step method to reprogram your mind to stay motivated even if you hate dieting, despise exercise, and have zero willpower.

  • The real reason people fail to last more than one month in the gym after making a resolution, and how you can guarantee this NEVER happens to you.

  • Why goals aren't enough, and how goals could actually be keeping you from getting in great shape.

  • The most common deception people have that keeps them yo-yo dieting, and how shifting one little thing can break the cycle forever.

  • A simple technique that allows you to drastically reduce your calorie intake and lose weight without dieting. Without feeling overly deprived or shutting down your body's metabolism.

  • The most important thing busy people must know if they want to stay on track with their exercise plan.

  • Why your willpower is almost useless when THIS is in your life. WARNING: Don’t even bother to try to lose weight if you’re not addressing this common issue!

  • Why you should learn to be a quitter if you want to have long-term success.

  • How to stop going broke buying expensive health food and discover stupid simple ways to eat healthy on a shoestring budget.

  • The easiest methods to lose weight naturally and safe even if you’re crazy busy and can’t be bothered with time consuming cooking.

  • John Miller is helping men and women all over the world reach their fitness goals through his online fitness blog. He wrote this book to summarize the things that he discovered during years in and out of the gym. These are the things everyone needs to know to save hundreds of hours of trial and error.

I believe by sharing these proven insights with you which I've had to learn the hard way, you'll be able to rise above the frustrated, confused, and overwhelmed ranks of people all over the world struggling to find the key to permanent weight loss.

    3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing July 10, 2014

I was hoping to learn something new, but unfortunately, I am already doing most of what the author suggests. This is geared towards the younger generation and I happen to be 64 years old. I do go to our fitness center daily, eat healthy and in moderation. There were many good ideas but the main theme was diet and exercise....same old, same old. I should have known that after all these years there would not be a book out there with some new information. It's all common sense.

4.0 out of 5 stars Worth Reading August 20, 2013
    Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I confess I bought this book largely because I wanted to see what you get for $3 -- and I was pleasantly surprised to see it's Quite A Lot.

There's nothing ground-breaking in here, and that's as it should be. This book is about eminently sensible advice, logically and persuasively presented.

My only complaints were (a) the bullet-pointed summary at the end of the chapter occasionally included things not mentioned in the chapter and (b) the exercises are hard to read/follow on a Kindle. But all in all this is a useful guide that's far more likely to help you stay fit than the latest fad diet.

    5.0 out of 5 stars 25 Fitness Tips... August 13, 2013
    By James
    Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
John Miller has done an excellent job in writing this book for the average person, like me. There's a great deal of motivation written into this book which shows you the common sense approach to fitness. "25 Fitness Failures That Keep You Fat" covers all the bases in a very well reasoned and detailed manner including how to do all of this without the use of a gym.

In years past, I've violated nearly every one of these tips, but I also learned and have come to realize that it's time for me to get back into my own pursuit of personal health and fitness in a more directed manner and this is just the book to motivate me to do that.
