If you don't have much time to work out, this is for sure the one work out you need! Just 30 minutes and it helps tone everything! If you keep up you'll be sore the next day! They have 3 ladies showing the exercises. One of them shows the beginner level and another shows things a bit harder. It's a wonderful work out to own!
