In Volume 3 of the Guided Workout Series, Sean, your Cardio Coach, will get you started with a brief warm-up and steady state period. You will then be faced with 3 heart pounding and sweat inducing interval challenges. Each one is sure to burn the calories and you simply will not believe how fast the workout goes by. After the challenges, your Coach will cool you down. For days that you wish to exercise without your Cardio Coach , skip to Track 11 for an instrumental version of the workout.
