Sean O'Malley's Cardio Coach audio workouts will re-energize your cardio workouts, taking you to the next level in reaching your fitness goals. His workouts are based upon interval training using your heart rate to guide you through the workout session (there's NO slacking during these workouts!). You will be drenched in sweat and you'll become addicted to the endorphin highs you experience after completing these workouts! A heart rate monitor is highly recommended to get the most out of the Cardio Coach programs. You can use the workouts on treadmills, ellipticals (my personal favorite!), rebounders, stationery bikes, regular bikes and even just plain old walking. Sean's workouts are incredibly motivating. You will want to do them again and again!!!

This is my favorite CD from the Cardio Coach series because (to me) the music is more upbeat it makes the workout much more enjoyable! He's very motivating!

Seriously, these are terrific. Making yourself even get to your workout is a big challenge on many days - but focusing and optimizing your work out can be an even greater challenge! It's so easy to just coast through cardio, reading, looking at a magazine or listening/watching tv. But not with cardio coach. The music is really great -- all different types. And Sean is not like the usual tepid, monotonous voice that accompanies so many work out podcasts or CD's. He is warm, engaging, and you feel that he is right next to you, laying down a challenge and motivating you. These are a great value for the money! They have become essential to my (now successful) workouts...

This is my 3rd and favorite Cardio Coach and I look forward to trying others. Volume 1 was just "o.k.", Volume 2 was very good and made me want more, and Volume 3 is close to Cardio Coach nirvana. The music is fantastic and tailored to each phase whether it be the "challenge" phase or the more introspective "cool down" phase. Sean's voice, which I initially believed I might resent, is encouraging and motivating. My cardio workouts fly by using Cardio Coach and at the end I find myself sweaty, invigorated, and looking forward to the next workout. Highly recommended!
