3.0 out of 5 stars Fitness over fifty-for those starting to exercise at fifty or older
A good point for the book is that it is wrtten in large and clear print ,for those old eyes. If you have been doing exercises on a regular basis, this book will not help ,as it is very basic. It would be good for those that have not been doing any exercise or have not done any exercise for a number of years. The chapter on "what should I eat " is brief and could use...

It would be good for those that have not been doing any exercise or have not done any exercise for a number of years. The chapter on "what should I eat " is brief and could use more information and a recommendation for further reading. Thanks for reading.

Both book and DVD mentioned to check with medical professionals before starting any workouts.

Both book and DVD went into details as to how exercises are done correctly and how often and how long to do exercises.

Unfortunately the book and DVD are no longer being produced.

The book is wrongly titled. I bought it because I'm working with seniors and it provides excellent ideas on how to age gracefully and exercise without fears of getting hurt. The exercises shown throughout the book are very easy to follow. I have not played the DVD yet. I'll comment on it later on.
