I Read the book truly and practiced its exercises for the last six months and this is my evaluation of this book. There are many useful and handy information about sex drive, aphrodisiac and health approach to penis enlargement in this manual. Wow! This method is unbelievable. Perhaps this is the most unconventional and clever method ever introduced to increase a man's genital size and to improve his shape and muscles at the same time. After just two weeks of practicing its techniques, my size has increased significantly and I see the development and growth in my muscles similar to professional swimmers. The exercises, similar to those in Peter Pandore's other book "Long-lasting Erection and Multiple Orgasms", are well explained pictorially and are very easy to practice. Moreover, this is the first time that I see such a manual with great emphases on natural and healthy methods in regards to men's sexuality. This book is full of bonus information about aphrodisiac, food for sex and healthy sexual life style. This is undoubtedly my favorite book of 2011.

This new method is undoubtedly worth to try. I found this method very natural and compatible with our physiology. It seems that penis growth is more efficient when it is subject to work out along the other parts of the body. I live in a crowded family and what I additionally like about this method is that I can practice exercises in the privacy of bathroom while I am taking my daily shower. So far, I am very happy with the result and I am eager to keep practicing for the rest of my life.

I practiced the exercises for three months seriously and the result was exciting. If you have a big tummy or your genital is very small, some exercises are hard to do for you but I guess it is enough to stick to some suitable ones and not to all. In general, this method works if you do it seriously and regularly. My size is a beat longer and thicker compared to three months ago and I am hoping that it grows even larger. Moreover, my body and muscles are much more in shape than before and this makes me very satisfied. I am against artificial methods and I appreciate a natural method introduced in the book. Also, pay attention to nutrition section and food for sex. With proper nutrition, you can highly increase the efficiency of performances.

I Read the book truly and practiced its exercises for the last six months and this is my evaluation of this book. There are many useful and handy information about sex drive, aphrodisiac and health approach to penis enlargement in this manual. Although the section of herbal boosting sex drive is very long, it needs to be more selective and more detailed. Most exercises are very effective but some of them are very hard to practice for someone with a small penis. Some exercises need flexibility and they are hard to practice for fat men or those with big tummies. In general, I believe that anyone with any physical condition can at least find ten to twenty useful exercises to practice regularly. I selected ten handy exercises that I can perform under the shower and so far the result was satisfactory.

I have been practicing this new method for about a year and I am truly stratified with the result. Here is my advice for you to get the most out of this manual. Do the exercise in a warm area such as in bathtub or a warm room in order to achieve a higher flexibility and better result. Select some of your favorite exercises and practice them regularly at least for ten minutes a day, five days a week. Apply mental input and concentration while doing exercise. Pay attention to nutritional guidelines for enhanced sex drive and healthy body. Do not RUSH. Do the exercise slowly and precisely. Start with simpler and lighter exercises. After one or two weeks increase the time of each exercise and the force you apply to your muscles and penis very similar to the way you increase your strength and ability to lift weights in gym. Wait at least a minute before beginning the new exercise to let your muscles rejuvenate, and finally be nice with your genital and do not apply excess forces to get faster results. It should take about a week to develop body muscles and about two weeks to add thickness, length and strength to your penis.

This is the first ever manual on penis enlargement that impressed me so far. In this book, with the creation of a new method, the issue is taken many steps further. Unlike all the other books on penis enlargement, this book links the genital to the whole body and strengthens both while making them in harmony with each other. I agree with Peter Pandore that it is not healthy to isolate the genital from the whole body and treat it separately. Surprisingly after two weeks of practicing exercises in this book, I feel pleased and satisfied with both my body and size. My muscles help my penis to enlarge, my penis helps my muscles to grow larger, and this is a perfect cooperation and harmony between my whole body and penis.

I purchased this book for my best friend as a gift for his birthday without reading it myself! Surprisingly after a few weeks I noticed that my friend's body is now in a better shape than mine is and his penis is much bigger and stronger than before. Then I purchased the book again for myself and started to practice its exercises intensely. Finally, after a few weeks I was able to catch up with him. This method is fantastic.

I practiced almost all the exercise in this manual and I like most of them. Exercises cover increasing length, thickness, strength and mushroom head size. My favorite exercise is No 10 "Gear Pull" and my favorite informative section is Edible Aphrodisiacs "food and herbs to boost libido". My favorite location on performing exercises is in bathroom under the shower.

Here is my advice for achieving the best result that I learned after practicing exercise in this manual for several months. Make your penis warm under warm water or with a warn towel. Do it in a warm location. For the best result rest at least one minute after each exercise. Don't abuse your penis with excess of pressure. While performing exercise concentrate on your penis and imagine that it is getting longer, thicker and stronger. Read the nutritional section carefully and take daily supplements. Do the exercise regularly at least ten minutes a day five times a week. If possible, do the exercise in front of a mirror to check your posture. Do not lubricate your penis for the exercises that do not need lubrication. Boost your libido, sexual derive and sperm productions by selecting and consuming right aphrodisiacs mentioned in the book. Before performing exercises, make yourself relax and stress free. Check your progress weekly by taking pictures from your penis and your whole body.
