I guess It's good. It works for me. Really easy to follow and really clearly explain. Also, the pictures help you understand what you should do. Really recommended, if you will dedicate the time. If not, don't be wondering for magic effects.

A lot of basic and generalized information is in this book. I did find some gems worth noting, but nothing that was out of the ordinary. Exercising the Penis is a great book for men who want to enlarge themselves. This and Iron Man Penis are the only two books I would recommend for men who are serious about enlargement. Exercising the Penis is a great book for men who want to enlarge themselves. This and Iron Man Penis are the only two books I would recommend for men who are serious about enlargement. By serious, I mean, that men who are willing to take the time and energy to enlarge themselves. Enlargement doesn't happen on its own. Best of luck, to all you men out there. Don't give up hope. Enlargement is possible with the correct manual.

Save your money. Its hardly worth the look. I purchased it for a male counterpart and all I can say is..youve got just as much luck trying to weight it down. The whole thing is a joke. Take the money and buy a toy instead.

This guy lost all credibility the moment that he compared spongy erectile tissue with muscle and made the assertion that one could strengthen and enlarge both in the same way.

Further, anyone who understands the physics and physiology of exercise, will see the weakness in his advice about choosing (almost randomly) from the 40 given exercises, (some of which seem incredibly similar.)

Probably the only reason he is still on the market and not bankrupt from all the lawsuits is that the basic premise is sound -- if you exercise to increase your fitness and improve your overall health, you will look and feel better, and thereby experience greater arousal which will cause more blood to be absorbed into the spongy erectile tissue during sex. And for those men who've gotten a bit of a gut, it has long been understood that every extra inch of extra belly fat reduces the appearance of the size of the penis from about a quarter to a third of an inch -- sometimes up to half an inch -- simply because the fat collects around the base.

Instead of this book, I'd recommend almost anything else on general fitness and workout routines. Just read the reviews, or ask one of the staff at your local gym (or your doctor,) for a recommendation.

I found this new method very effective and I would like to stick to it for ever! The idea is very clever and exercises are very fun and exciting. Go for it and get one. I recommend it to every one.
