1.0 out of 5 stars UPDATED Fitness: Theory & Practice textbook (2010), September 13, 2010

Just a heads up, there is a newer 2010 version of the Fitness: Theory & Practice textbooks. The older books are no longer being used. You WILL NEED the Fitness: Theory & Practice textbook (2010); Practice Test for Primary Group Exercise Certification (2010); Standards & Guidelines Reference Manual (2010)
