This set of Shamwow towels is supposed to be superabsorbent, yet have the ability to clean shiny surfaces, such as glass. Unfortunately, this product does not live up to the claims on TV.
First I tried the large towel to dry my car after washing. It merely pushed the water around, and when the water started evaporating, the Shamwow started leaving lint on the car that had to be wiped away with a PAPER TOWEL, which this product is supposed to replace. I tried the smaller blue towels for glass - same lint problem, more paper towels. Again, the absorbancy is far overstated in the ads. BUYER BEWARE.

I'm shocked that people can make huge claims about a product and it doesn't even work as it's claimed. Wasn't very absorbent at all. To me, this product is terrible and not worth the money! You might as well use a bath towel.

Not a useful everyday towel, but a must have for emergencies
I was sucked in by the ShamWow demonstration at the State Fair.

MUST DAMPEN FIRST, THEN IT WORKS GREAT!!!!!!!!
I have been using this product for over 20 years... The key is to soak it under running water, roll it up and wring it out...then your ready to pick-up any liquid mess. Read more

Amazing Sham Wow- I use a large ShamWow to dry my dogs

Fantastic towel for cats!

pitiful
My husband got these things, I tried 'em. Pitiful. I have microfiber kitchen cloths that are much smaller than the large shamwow and they picked up a whole lot more water. Read more
