Topics covered in the book include wellness, principles and concepts of fitness, guidelines for specific needs such as asthma and pregnancy, descriptions and photographs of specific exercises, nutrition and weight control and injury prevention and care. Step, slide, aqua, combination bench, interval, circuit, low-, high-, and combination aerobics are here, along with body-toning exercise, both with and without resistance equipment.
