Using vibration to stimulate all the body's muscles, this machine offers three pre-set programs, a manual program, and eight vibration speeds, all selectable on an electronic control panel that also displays exercise time with a red LED screen. The vibrator plate, which is topped by a non-skid rubber mat, not only vibrates but moves up and down. Handle-bar height is adjustable. Assembled (assembly tools included), the machine measures 30 inches long x 20 inches wide x 50 inches high and weighs 58 pounds. Parts carry a 90-day warranty against defects.

The Fitstar V620 Vibrating Exercise Machine offers whole body vibration for the home, the same as what is being used by professional teams and others who believe WBV offers an additional strength training method. While standing on the vibrating platform your whole body vibrates, causing your muscle fibers to contract like they do when lifting weights, but at a much higher frequency. The straighter you stand the higher and stronger you feel the vibrations, but it is better to bend your knees slightly to keep the vibrations in your lower half, where they are more beneficial. The Fitstar V620 offers 8 speeds, 3 program modes and 1 manual mode, simple operation with variable time settings and adjustable handle bar heights. Power is 110 volts 60 Hz 2.5 amps, amperage start up is 0.45 amps.

They should use lock tite before sending this item out. I've had to pull it apart 3 times now to rebuild this item. Other than that I use it everyday.
