About the Author

After studying mechanical engineering, Michael Naujok worked in a designer's office for three years. In 1975 he joined the staff of Yacht Magazine in Hamburg, and since 1980 has been responsible for boat test and DIY construction projects. In 1971 he built his first cruiser, followed shortly by five more vessels. He is the author of the highly successful 'Boat Interior Construction', also published by Sheridan House.
