5.0 out of 5 stars This was a great book., November 2, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby (MAXNotes Literature Guides) (Paperback)
This is one of the greatest novels in American Literature and it can show us what wealth can do to us if we let it treat us the was we want to be treated. I strongly recomend any young person mainly, or any other person who has a little free tim to sit down and read this good book. It isn't just a boring book, but one of the most ecitingly twisted tale of Americans that I have ever read.

4.0 out of 5 stars This book was one of the better American Novels I have read, March 18, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby (MAXNotes Literature Guides) (Paperback)
This is a great book about the American Dream and how it changes people. At some points it can be tedious, but after thoroughly reading it over I realized that every little detail is significant in this book. Both of you people who gave it one stars are idiots and deserve repeating the 11th grade.

1.0 out of 5 stars This book really sucked, February 23, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby (MAXNotes Literature Guides) (Paperback)
Great Gatsby was a digusting look at how one man's pride and filth can turn a promising country into the cess pool that it has become.
