Yes, vegan
I know personally that ,although the Sjaak's factory also manufactures some chocolates with dairy, they are meticulous about cleaning the machinery in between batches of chocolate. You can be sure that the vegan chocolates are truly vegan.

Is made on machinery that has contact with milk
This is a delicious bar -- BUT if you are looking for VEGAN or dairy free -- this is NOT IT! If you read the label it will say that it is made on machinery that also processes MILK!
