a very unique, mostly instrumental Medieval & Renaissance Xmas tunes, November 29, 2010

i don't even remember where i got this, but it is my favorite early music Xmas cd. what sets this apart from the rest is that it's mostly instrumental & besides the all the expected early instruments, the presence of drumming on most of the tracks give this cd an extra solid pep not found on lighter cds of this type. u actually feel like ure at some ancient European court revelry.
the cd is also well recorded. highly recommended.
