Book Description

J-B Lencioni Series January 16, 2007
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop Team Assessment is a 38-item paper handout that is an excellent team development tool. A key component of the facilitator-lead Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop, the Team Assessment delivers what the name implies "a team assessment" rather than an individual self-assessment.  It provides participants with an opportunity to begin exploring the pitfalls that are side-tracking their team. Easy to use, the Assessment is ideal for team off-sites, retreats, or a series of team development meetings. It will help teams of all types increase their cohesiveness and productivity.

1.0 out of 5 stars Trifold Brochure, Not a Paperback, October 21, 2007
This review is from: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: Team Assessment (J-B Lencioni Series) (Loose Leaf)
This is nothing more than a tri-fold brochure. An absolute rip-off. I have ordered dozens of products from Amazon and have never felt so deceived by a product.

The books by Lencioni are worthwhile and well priced. This 38 Question TEAM ASSESSMENT is overpriced and is a poor value in comparison with the various books by this author. An unhappy disappointment and a letdown of expectations.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: Team Assessment (J-B Lencioni Series) (Loose Leaf)
Great book; however, this is not the book. This is one piece of paper. Worth maybe $2.00, not the price listed. It is a real shame that this book is paired with this product. If you buy this, you will feel like you have had money stolen from you. When I purchased this for my company, I did not read the reviews....shame on me.
