This is nothing more than a tri-fold brochure. An absolute rip-off. I have ordered dozens of products from Amazon and have never felt so deceived by a product.

The books by Lencioni are worthwhile and well priced. This 38 Question TEAM ASSESSMENT is overpriced and is a poor value in comparison with the various books by this author. An unhappy disappointment and a letdown of expectations.

Great book; however, this is not the book. This is one piece of paper. Worth maybe $2.00, not the price listed. It is a real shame that this book is paired with this product. If you buy this, you will feel like you have had money stolen from you. When I purchased this for my company, I did not read the reviews....shame on me.

This is not a book! Rather, it is a very expensive poster with information that is already in the manual. I thought this was a paperback, as it is categorized, and was very disappointed when all I found was an 11x17 piece of paper.

This is a big disappointment. Shame on me too for not reading the reviews first. It's a piece of paper...I have never felt so cheated after ordering ANYTHING else online and it's so sad to say that it was something purchased through Amazon and that it is associated with 'The Five Dysfunctions' books because I have been very happy with all of the other products. Save your money. These books are in large part about building trust within your teams, yet if they see you have squandered away funds on such a useless piece of paper...well...you'll have some explaining to do.

I cannot believe how deceived I was into thinking this was a book. It is ONE piece of paper, tri-folded, double-sided. It might be worth $5.00, but certainly not the $16.00 price charged here! I'm very disappointed that Amazon would allow them to even advertise this as a book... What a rip off!!!

This product is advertised as a "workbook" and it is a 4 page "assessment". I paid $12.98 for a test! Would be a nice addition to the book/with the book~NOT alone for the price! I returned this item!

For $17.95, I was expecting a real workbook, not a trifold pamphlet. Based on the description, I was looking for a tool to be used by the team. I should have read the reviews instead of the description. I won't make that mistake again.

$16 for a tri-fold brochure. This is a tremendous waste of money and Amazon should pull the product.

Never got the book, have been unsuccessful at getting any response from amazon.

I had ordered two books in the one order. In the package only one book was in it.

Not a happy camper over this payment.
