This is an excellent training package for teams of all sizes. We have incorporated it into team meetings when we have a large amount of turnover due to seasonal work, we have used excerpts for newsletter reminders, and we have the poster hanging where all can see it. Very helpful!

This guide is great. Only wish I would have realized that there was another package that included the DVD. Now I'm trying to buy the DVD and it's almost the same price as the whole package.

This is one of the most comprehensive training kits I've ever purchased. The information and instruction included make presenting The Five Dysfunctions easy and seamless. If you're going to present this as a workshop, I suggest you purchase the kit in full so you have all the resources at hand in one handy notebook. Everything fits neatly into the three-ring binder so nothing falls out in your briefcase or gets separated. Love this kit!
