I met with the author, Joan Belzer, in a private session at Canyon Ranch. I scheduled a handwriting analysis session out of pure curiosity; I figured it would be fun. I had no idea that my handwriting would reveal so much about me, and that through simple exercises, I could make changes in my life. The book walks you through all of the exercises and helps analyze your own handwriting, as well as the handwriting of others. Fascinating! I do recommend the "Magic Margins" guide, which I believe is purchased separately. Helps rid yourself of thoughts that keep you stuck in the past, and helps you move forward in a more positive way with your own life. Oh, and there's a 21-day exercise for weight loss as well, which takes only 5 minutes a day. Hence the book title! Strongly recommended!
