Great book!,

This is an excellent book for both new & experienced real estate agents. The letters sound intelligent and professional, and they're informative without being either too informal or sounding stilted. The CD included with the book was especially helpful, because you can just download all the letters onto your computer & personalize them with your own information or make changes. Real estate agents are too busy to have to re-invent the wheel every time they need to write a professional-sounding letter. These are GREAT templates. Highly recommended.

This book has been quite helpful for me in writing letters that sound so professional, but like I wrote them myself. Sure saves the brain alot of time on trying to construct a personal but professional letter.

I was very disappointed the second I got this book and cracked it open. I purchased it because I considerd myself a poor letter writer and wanted new fresh creative ideas. These sames and mostly very short, seemed shallow, unfinished, and are very simple and elementary. As for me. this was a waste of money. I am obviously much more creative than I thought and would never send a client a letter with 4-5 short sentences.

I bought this book when it first came out and have used it on and off ever since. It's definately one of my "desk-reference" books. I pull it out every time I have to write something longer than a paragraph and usually to someone I don't know. It doesn't have EVERY scenerio in there. Usually I find myself doing a combination of cut and paste from different letters and adding the finishing touches myself but it helps get the job done. I use it for writing emails, prospecting, flyers pretty much anything that I have to be some what articulate. For me, I'm brain dead most of the time so if it wasn't for this book and other sample letters I would just sit there and stare at the screen. It's got letters for: FSBO, Cold prospects, follow up, thank you, open house, requesting info, buyers, sellers, other agents, anniversary, asking for testimonials, asking for referrals and a lot more. It is DEFINATELY helpful if you don't have another book like it.

The product was good. It contained everything I've wanted. But it would be nice if it would contain some photos of some of the letters or products inside the book to make it easier to determine if this is the right product or not.
