Award winning author, Vicki Hinze, DUPLICITY, April 1999Grady took Jessie to an isolated ranch house on the far reaches of his sprawling acres as a favor to her father. Jessie's dad is convinced the newspapers and the PI he's hired are correct in the assumption that Jessie is spreading her favors around town. Grady believes it too because she's rich and obviously loves to party, just like Grady's flight wife had been before she died. What no one suspects is the evil plotting going on to destroy Jessica to bring her under a malevolent thumb. Fixation is emotional and poignant. The fabulous plot moves quickly with a lot of hidden agendas and conflict to keep you hooked. --

His beloved son John was the result, and Grady doesn't want John around her type again. but as her former suitor stalks her, bent on revenge, Jess will need all the help she can get just to survive. Once Anderson gets this story going, it's nearly impossible to put down. Grady and jess are wonderful characters. Jess's struggle to be free of her past is portrayed with authority and sympathy.
